Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our items, and to protect our customers, we do not accept any returns. We test all items before pleasure fulfillment; however, if a defective pleasure slipped through our quality assurance check, or if it had been grossly misrepresented by NiSe, we will exchange for a similar item or award store credit for the value of the item. Gift wrapping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
